Nutrition Introduction
Nutrition is the foundation that all your results will be built upon, without having this setup correctly you’ll be spinning your wheels in terms of your body composition. We’ll introduce you to the basics of how to setup your nutrition for your goal in the healthiest, most sustainable way. It doesn’t end there with nutrition either, we welcome any questions you have at any point along the way along with feedback on how it’s working and how you feel.
1 to 3 X Weekly training sessions depending on your package
After talking through some general warm-ups to hit before your sessions we’ll jump into the training. Don’t worry if you’ve never done any training before though, this will start slow, ensure you’ve got the technique and confidence in each movement before we introduce more intensity. We base these sessions around compound resistance training exercises that give you the biggest bang for your buck. This will help maintain, or even build some muscle, therefore changing your body shape rather than just your weight on the scales.
Private Whatsapp group
If you’re a WhatsApp user we have a private group, where we have some additional resources such as our group e-book, additional workouts for home if you miss a session, snack ideas and more. We also encourage questions here, the world of health and fitness can be a confusing subject so no question is too small or silly, you can guarantee that someone else is also searching for the answer.
Regular Measurements
Changing your body shape means more than just a number on the scales, which sometimes doesn’t actually change that much at all despite your body composition changes. The scales though simply just measures your weight, we use callipers to measure your skin folds and give a more accurate gauge as to your results.
