Nutrition is the foundation that your results will be built upon so it’s fundamental to all else that follows. We’ll introduce you to the basic movement patterns you’ll be using in your programming aswell as assessing both your starting point and goals.
3 X Weekly training sessions
After assessing your movement we’ll start our training sessions, these will be relatively short but highly effective. We base these sessions around compound resistance training exercises that give you the biggest bang for your buck.
Regular measurements
Changing your body shape means more than just weight on the scales so we’ll take regular measurements to make sure things are heading in the right direction.
Support
Adding support, helpful information along with banishing myths. Something isn’t working for your lifestyle then talk to us about finding a different approach.
