Our Six Week Programs consists of the following:
- Fitness evaluation
- Nutritional assessment
- Body fat % and bmi analysis
- You receive a journal which has plenty of tips regarding food etc.
- You are required to train at least three times a week,
- We provide your food sheets to record your food intake
- You will have a program designed for you around the goals you want to achieve
- You will be assessed weekly where an instructor will weigh you in and go through your food sheet to make sure you are on the right track to achieving your goal.
