THE NUTRITION AND TRAINING APPROACH TO A 24YO OLD MALE STUDENT WITH THE ABILITY TO TRAIN 6HRS PER WEEK WHILE GETTING 8+ HOURS SLEEP PER NIGHT IS ENTIRELY DIFFERENT TO A 40YO WORKING MOTHER, WHO’S MAJORITY OF TIME IS SPENT KEEPING A JOB AND FAMILY ON 6HRS OF BROKEN SLEEP.
