Yoga
Saturday mornings at 11am. Enjoy this weekend class with small numbers that make it suitable for all levels. Classes are taught by Kim Jacob who puts a strong focus on body awareness, core stability, quality of movement and breath. She believes that Yoga is a transformational process, cultivating strength and grace in the body while instilling clarity, vitality and stillness of the mind.

Mindfulness
This is a four week course taking place on Saturdays from 11am- 1pm and will explore how we can practically apply Mindfulness to our busy lives and serve as a solid introduction to Mindfulness
The course tutor will be Peter Connolly, Senior Occupational Therapist and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR/MBCT) trainer in St. John of God, Stillorgan.
