  • Nutrition protocols for your desired outcome, whether fat loss, muscle gain or performance outcomes.
  • Proper safe effective exercise technique, whether you're a complete beginner or a seasoned gym-goer.
  • The exercise intensity you need to train to produce results.
  • How to track and measure your progress.

Nutrition introduction

Nutrition is the foundation that your results will be built upon so it’s fundamental to all else that follows. We'll discuss how to fit our philosophy into your particular lifestyle.

Weekly training sessions (number & duration package dependent)

​After assessing your movement we’ll start our training sessions, these will be relatively short but highly effective. We base these sessions around compound resistance training exercises that give you the biggest bang for your buck.

regular measurements

Changing your body shape means more than just weight on the scales so each of our one-to-one packages includes a non-invasive scan on our state-of-the-art InBody machine that will measure your body composition.

Adding support, helpful information along with banishing myths. Something isn’t working for your lifestyle then talk to us about finding a different approach.
