Nutrition introduction
Nutrition is the foundation that your results will be built upon so it’s fundamental to all else that follows. We'll discuss how to fit our philosophy into your particular lifestyle.
Weekly training sessions (number & duration package dependent)
After assessing your movement we’ll start our training sessions, these will be relatively short but highly effective. We base these sessions around compound resistance training exercises that give you the biggest bang for your buck.
