Basic Introduction​

​Are you a complete beginner who doesn’t know where to start, or have joined a gym and just been left to your own devices? Are you confused by all the conflicting information?

We’ve seen this too, and it’s probably one of the most commonly asked questions from beginners who step foot inside our gym (or come from other gyms). We’ve decided to do something about it so here’s what we’ve come up with…

The first Saturday of every month we’re going to run an introduction to our gym (or any gym) in a basics 60-90 minute course where you’ll take away the following…
​
  • What exercises will give you the most return for your time
  • How to do them properly with technique that’ll keep you injury free
  • How to setup your workout to be balanced
  • How to progress and get results from your time in the gym

There will be a nominal charge for this, but it will be small considering the value you’ll get from it, and it will give you the confidence to get the results you want.
